O R D E R
% 03.02.2016 CRL.A. 328/2015 has been filed by the mother of the deceased wherein she has challenged the judgment dated 7.11.2014 passed by the trial court by which the husband, mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased, have been acquitted. CRL.L.P. 191/2015 has been filed by the State against the same judgment by which the mother-in-law and husband have been acquitted of the charges under Sections 302/34 of the IPC. CRL.L.P. 207/2015 has been filed by the State against the same judgment by which the father-in-law has been acquitted of the charges under Section 498 of the IPC. With the consent of counsel for the parties, we pass the following order: (1) Leave granted to the State in CRL.L.P. 191/2015 and CRL.L.P. 207/2015. CRL.L.P. 191/2015 and CRL.L.P. 207/2015 shall now be registered and listed as appeals.
(2) The appeal, being CRL.A. 328/2015, stands dismissed as not pressed, subject to the agreed conditions that the appellant would be at liberty to urge all grounds as raised in CRL.A. 328/2015 in CRL.L.P. 191/2015 and CRL.L.P. 207/2015.

(3) Trial court record, summoned in CRL.A. 328/2015, shall be tagged along with the aforestated two fresh appeals. Registry is directed to prepare the paper book and supply copies thereof to the counsel for the parties.
