This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 BNSS, 2023 filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuing direction for registration of FIR and disciplinary action against police staff.

After part submissions, the Ld. Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to resort to the appropriate remedy as per law.
