By these petitions, the petitioners are seeking quashing of cross-FIRs bearing No. 178/2025, registered at Police Station Shahdara, Delhi, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 332(c)/115(2)/126(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ('BNS') and FIR bearing No. 181/2025, registered at Police Station Shahdara, Delhi, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2)/126(2)/351(2)/3(5) of BNS. 2.

Petitioners and the respondents/complainants in both the matters are present in the Court and are duly identified by their respective counsels as well as the I.O.

Respective complainants state that they have no objection in quashing of the FIRs.

The issues between the parties have been solved with their mutual efforts and they do not wish to pursue the case further. 5.

Considering the above settlement between the parties, and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The FIRs alongwith all proceedings emanating therefrom stands quashed.

Accordingly, the present petitions stand disposed of. 7.
