This is an application by the plaintiff for withdrawal of the suit, in view of the fact that the defendants have apologized in their written statement for the offending articles.

The application is signed by the plaintiff and supported by his affidavit. It is also signed by learned counsel for the plaintiff. 3.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff requests for permission to withdraw the suit with liberty to institute a fresh suit in the event the defendants republish the articles in question. 4.

The suit and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as aforesaid.
