The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "(a) issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to grant extension of approval for D. Pharma Course to Petitioner Institution for the Academic Session 2025-26 and issue formal approval letter; and"

Issue notice. Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent/PCI accepts notice.

He submits that an application was filed by the respondent/PCI before the Hon'ble Supreme Court being MA 1593/2025, a copy of which has been handed over across the Bar, the same is taken on record. 4.

A perusal of the said application shows that the following prayer was made by the respondent/PCI before the Hon'ble Supreme Court: The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. "a). Grant extension of the date for completion of approval processes up to 30.09.2025 (qua list of colleges mentioned and marked as annexure A-7) and for compliances/appeal till 10.10.2025 to the applicant/Pharmacy Council of India for the academic year 2025-26; and"

He submits that the aforesaid MA filed by the respondent/PCI has been allowed in terms of the above-quoted prayer, on 08.09.2025, therefore, the date for completion of approval process now stands extended up to 30.09.2025 and for compliances/appeal till 10.10.2025. 6.

He submits that in so far as the petitioner is concerned, the respondent/PCI will undertake inspection within a period of 12 days from today and will intimate the deficiencies, if any, within one day thereafter. The statement is taken on record and the respondent/PCI shall remain bound by the same.

In view of the above statement, no further orders are called for in the present petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
