The present writ petition has been filed seeking following relief: "i. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ /order I direction directing Respondent No. 1 and No. 2 to immediately de-freeze/withdraw its order to the Respondent No.

to freeze the Petitioner's bank account No.

6146125386 maintained with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (Respondent No. 3) at the Lokhandwala Township branch bearing IFSC Code:

KKBK0001397 and to further withdraw their request to the Respondent No. 3 to mark a lien on the said account for the sum of Rs. 8,000- (Rupees Eight Thousand Only);

ii. In the alternative, issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction directing Respondent No.1 and No. 2 to communicate their "No Objection I Consent" to the Respondent No. 3 in relation to the Petitioner's request The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to the Respondent No. 3 to de-freeze the Petitioner's bank account no. 6146125386 maintained with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (Respondent No. 3) at the Lokhandwala Township branch bearing IFSC Code:KKBK0001397;

iii. Pending final disposal of the present writ petition, the Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the Respondents No. 1 to 4 to permit operation of the Petitioner's aforesaid bank account no. 6146125386 maintained with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (Respondent No. 3) at the Lokhandwala Township branch bearing IFSC Code: KKBK0001397;"

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner's account No. 6146125386 maintained with respondent no.3 (Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd) at the Lokhandwala Township Branch bearing IFSC: KKBK0001397 has been debit freezed by the bank on a complaint made by respondent no.4.

The respondent no.4 is present in Court alongwith his counsel. He submits that he had wrongly mentioned the account number of the petitioner in his complaint. He never intended that the petitioner's account be debit freezed. The statement is taken on record.

Likewise, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent bank, as well as, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Delhi Police, submit that they have no objection in case the direction is given to de-freeze the account of the petitioner.

In view of the above, respondent no.3 is directed to defreeze the account of the petitioner within a period of three working days. 6.
