CM APPL. 56602/2024 has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioners for appropriate directions to Respondents to decide the wage anomaly issue raised in the present petition. 2.
Learned counsel for Petitioners submits that this writ petition was filed in 2011 seeking quashing of impugned order dated 06.03.2011 with a further direction to Respondent No.2 to fix the pay of the Petitioners at par with their juniors along with consequential benefits. 3.
Rule was issued in the matter on 20.02.2023 and the matter was listed in the category of 'Regular Matters'.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners, relying on the averments in the application, submits that Petitioners would be satisfied if Respondent No.2 is directed to treat the present writ petition as a representation and decide the issues raised therein.

Considering the prayer in the application, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2 to look into the issues raised by the Petitioners in the present writ petition by treating the same as a representation and take a decision thereon in accordance with law. A reasoned and speaking order shall be passed by Respondent No. 2 within two months from today, which shall be communicated to the Petitioners, who will be at liberty to take recourse to legal remedies in case of any surviving grievance.
