% 29.09.2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 13th March, 2014 passed by the Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum (CGRF) for TPDDL, Delhi in Complaint No.CG No.5633/12/13/KPM.

Learned counsel for the respondent raises a preliminary objection to the maintainability of the present writ petition on the ground that the impugned order is interim in nature. He states that he has no objection if the matter is remanded back to the Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum to be adjudicated upon afresh after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the parties. As the interim order dated 13th March, 2014 has been stayed since 7th May, 2014, this Court remands the matter back to CGRF to decide the controversy afresh after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties. The CGRF is directed to pass a fresh reasoned order

after dealing with all the contentions raised by the parties. With the aforesaid directions, present writ petition and the application stand disposed of.

The interim order dated 7th May, 2014 shall continue to operate till the disposal of the matter by CGRF.
