By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks registration of FIR against some police officials alleging that they had assaulted him on the petitioner refusing to give bribe. 2.
The petitioner claims that the incident was also recorded by a passerby.

Undisputedly, the petitioner has an efficacious alternate remedy to approach the learned Trial Court by filing an application under Section 175(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition at this stage. 5.
Needless to say, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in case any grievance remains in future. 6.
