The present Petition, under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks setting aside of the Award dated 31.01.2025 passed by the learned Arbitral Tribunal. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the present Petition is not maintainable before this Court for lack of pecuniary jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition, however, she submits that her client is willing to mediate the disputes before the mediation centre. Learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection if the disputes are referred to mediation.
