% 03.05.2018 Notice has been served on respondent nos. 1, 3 and 4, however, none appears for the said respondents. As far as respondent no. 2 is concerned, the envelope has been returned with the remark "unclaimed" of the Postal Authorities. In view of the order that is being passed today, it is not necessary to make another attempt to serve respondent no. 2 at this stage. The interim order dated 01.03.2018 is extended for a further period as provided under Section 9(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, within which time the petitioner must take steps to have the arbitration proceedings initiated, failing which the interim order shall stand vacated. In case the arbitration proceedings are initiated, the interim order dated 01.03.

2018 shall continue during such proceedings, however, the respondents shall be at liberty to file an appropriate application seeking modification / vacation / variation of the interim order dated 01.03.2018.
