Mr. Gurvinder Singh, Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner stated that he does not have any instructions on behalf of the petitioner and seeks adjournment.

Mr. Rajeshwer K Gupta, Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents stated that Mr. Gurvinder Singh, Advocate has appeared for last three times on behalf of the petitioner and today he is telling that he does not have any instructions.

The perusal of previous order sheets reflect that Mr. Gurvinder Singh, Advocate had put up appearance on behalf of the petitioner and today surprisingly he is stating that he does not have any instructions to appear on behalf of the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in the prosecution of the present petition.

Accordingly, present petition is dismissed in default as well as for want of prosecution, subject to cost of Rs. 25,000/-. DR.
