% 28.02.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith and instead be given liberty to approach the first appellate Court by way of an appropriate application seeking interim stay against the execution of the judgment and decree dated 21.12.2017 of the trial Court to be suitably modified and appropriate conditions attached thereto. The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. Dasti.
