This is a petition filed under Section 11(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the parties. 2.

Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a Mutual Termination and Settlement Agreement dated 18.12.2025 entered between the parties, wherein amounts are to be paid in installments.

Since the amounts and the payment schedule have been settled, there are no pending disputes between the parties as of today. 4.

Hence, the present petition is disposed of binding the parties to the terms of the said Mutual Termination and Settlement Agreement. 5.

In case the same are not complied with, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the petition.

The Mutual Termination and Settlement Agreement handed over in Court today is taken on record.
