O R D E R
% 03.05.2018 The counsel for the petitioner submits that the Arbitrator has been appointed in terms of the Arbitration Agreement between the parties. The counsel for the respondents submits that she is not aware of such appointment. She further submits that the respondents are interested in an amicable settlement of the disputes with the petitioner. Be that as it may, as the Arbitrator has already been appointed, the Interim Order dated 01.03.2018 shall continue for a further period of thirty days. The Arbitrator so appointed may, on an application being filed by the parties, extend / modify / vacate / vary the Interim Order. Such application shall be decided by the Arbitrator, uninfluenced by any observations made by this Court in its Interim Order dated 01.03.2018. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed its opinion on the validity of the Arbitrator appointed by the petitioner. The petition is disposed of with the above directions and with no order as to costs.
