Petitioner herein seeks setting aside of the order dated 25.07.2025 passed by the learned Trial Court whereby his application for early hearing has been dismissed.

The petitioner would submit that during pendency of case, petitioner is being threatened, due to which he is seeking expeditious hearing of the matter before the Trial Court. He would further contend that the order of the Trial Court is arbitrary, unreasonable and fails to appreciate the urgency of the matter.

I have perused the impugned order dated 25.07.2025. Given the pendency of the workload before the Trial Court, it is but understandable that every litigant cannot be accommodated in the daily cause list as each one of them thinks his case is more important than those of others. the view that indulgence by this Court to pass any orders on this premise would amount to unnecessary interference with the discretion of the Trial Court to control its cause list on day-to-day basis. 4.

I find no grounds to interfere.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
