O R D E R

% 06.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR was registered against the petitioner on the complaint of prosecutrix wherein she has alleged that petitioner had sexual intercourse with her against her wishes by extending promise to marry her after she attains the age of majority. Thereafter, petitioner started avoiding her. Learned counsel contends that petitioner has already married the prosecutrix and both are living together. Prosecutrix is present in Court and has been identified by Investigating Officer SI Veera of police station Seelampur. She submits that she is 21 years old.

She also concedes the fact that she has married petitioner, therefore, she has no objection in case petitioner is extended

benefit of anticipatory bail.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
