O R D E R
% 09.12.2025 Ms. Kittu Bajaj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits, that vide Settlement Agreement dated 18.11.2025 arrived at through mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi, the parties have settled their inter-sé disputes through mediation.
A copy of Mediation Report dated 18.11.2025 has been placed on record.
In the circumstances, Ms. Bajaj seeks leave to withdraw the present appeals in terms of the Settlement Agreement. For the record, Ms. Bajaj clarifies that Mediator's Report dated 03.12.2025 filed by Mr. Amit Saxena in RFA No.874/2025 appears to have been filed erroneously since the parties have settled both the appeals through RFA 853/2025 & conn.

Accordingly, the appeals are disposed-of as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. Ms. Bajaj prays for refund of the court-fee affixed on the memo of appeals.
In terms of section 16 of the Court Fees Act 1870, the Registry is directed to refund the entire court fees affixed on the memo of appeals, to the appellant.
The Registry is directed to draw-up the requisite certificate in favour of the appellant within 02 weeks.
