1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the order dated 22nd November, 2019 of the Supreme Court in SLP (C) 18743/2018 (Union of India v. Sumit Kumar).

2. He states that the directions issued by the CAT in the impugned order will now be complied with within a period of 12 weeks from today.

3. In that view of the matter, no further directions are called for. The petition and pending application are accordingly disposed of. S.MURALIDHAR, J.
