By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 906/2021 dated 19.10.2021 registered at Police Station Binda Pur, District Dwarka, Delhi, under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2. After some arguments, Mr. Kanhaiya Singhal, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application, without prejudice to the rights and remedies available to the applicant in law at the appropriate stage.
