By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 423/2024, dated 11.11.2024, registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar, Delhi, under Sections 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, has handed over a status report, which is taken on record. 3.

At the very outset, Mr. Chauhan states that a material witness, being the grandmother of the prosecutrix, who was the complainant, is yet to be examined, and her evidence is scheduled to be recorded on 05.06.2026.

In view of the above statement, Ms. Khushnuma Parveen, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application, without prejudice to the petitioner's right to move the Sessions Court at BAIL APPLN. 3458/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
