Considering it is an admitted position that pursuant to order dated 08.04.2025 passed by learned Executing Court, the vacant and peaceful possession of the subject premises has already been taken by the respondent/ landlord on 10.12.2025, in terms of N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008], the present petition has become infructuous as there is nothing surviving therein.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 3.
