% 13.09.2017 I.A. No. 10230/2017 This is an application filed on behalf of the plaintiff seeking return of the stamp papers which were filed in the sum of Rs.

85,000/-. It is contended that since the matter was settled the stamp papers were not required to be utilized. He submits that the stamp papers were filed to show bonafides.

Learned counsel submits that on inspection of the file he has not found the stamp papers available on record. By order dated 16.12.2015 the Joint Registrar has recorded that the stamp papers were marked as Exhibit PW1/7 and are lying on record in Part-III file. However the same are not available in Part III folder.

The Registry is directed to submit a report as to the CS(OS) 1078/2011

whereabouts of the original stamp papers which were marked as Exhibit PW1/7.
