Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount directed to be paid vide order dated 06.05.2025 passed in CRL.REV.P.182/2021 has been paid by the respondent. However, he emphasises that it is incumbent upon the respondent to continue to pay the maintenance amount in terms of the extant judicial order/s.

Considering that the amount contemplated in the order dated 06.05.2025 has been paid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of. 3.

Necessarily, the respondent shall continue to comply with the extant judicial order/s regarding payment of maintenance. In case of any default in this regard, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present proceedings or file afresh.
