In view of apportionment of compensation under the Award dated 01st February 2012, petitioner seeks release of compensation, or in the alternative, that his reference be forwarded to the Civil Court pursuant to statutory mandate under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. 2.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pathak, Counsel appearing for Land Acquisition Collector ('LAC'), states that appropriate reference shall be made to LAC upon verification of the record, within a period of four weeks from today. 3.

Since the statement is coming on instructions, same is accepted. 4.
