Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in respect of the alleged encroachments/illegal constructions, the petitioner has already approached the authorities, however, the proceedings instituted on the representations made by the petitioner are still pending. Since the petitioner has already approached the authorities by representing his cause in respect of the structures which are mentioned in the writ petition, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the authorities concerned to act in accordance with law and take appropriate action permissible under the law. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.
