O R D E R

% 04.09.2018 This petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') has been filed by the petitioner seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the construction of residential accommodation for the respondent at 23, Dwarka, New Delhi. The Arbitration Agreement is contained in Clause 172 of the Agreement dated 22.10.2008 executed between the parties. During the course of the argument of the present petition, learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a list of Arbitrators nominated in its panel of Arbitrators. Out of the said names, the counsel for the petitioner has consented to the appointment of Shri. Narendra Saigal, CE (QS&C), Jt DGTE, to be appointed as a Sole Arbitrator.

In view of the consent, Shri. Narendra Saigal, CE (QS&C), Jt DGTE is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have

arisen between the parties in relation to the above mentioned Contract. The Arbitrator shall file his disclosure in terms of Section 12 of the Act before proceeding with the reference.

The petition is disposed of with the above direction and with no order as to cost.
