Mr. Ravi Kant, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition, rejection has been conveyed to the petitioner vide decision letter dated 08.09.2025.

He, therefore, seeks to withdraw the present petition to assail the decision letter dated 08.09.2025.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
