The present petition under Articles 226/227 read with Article 12 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "i) Issue a writ petition under article 226 & 227 read with article 12 of the constitution of india for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing instruct respondent no. 1 to collect the provident fund from respondent no. 2 for the months of september 2013, February & march 2014, february 2015, and april2016 ii) and, direct Respondent No.1 to collect the provident fund along with applied penalties and interest from respondent no.3." 4.

It is submitted that a further communication dated 30.07.2024 was also served on respondent no.1 with respect to the aforesaid complaint. 6.

Counsel for respondent no.1 on advance notice submits that the said complaints will be looked into and after giving a personal hearing to the petitioner the complaints or representation will be disposed of by the respondent no. 1 by a speaking order under intimation to the petitioner within a period of six weeks.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. 8.

Needless to state that the petitioner will be at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law subject to the outcome of the said speaking order.
