% 08.04.2025 CM APPL. 15302/2025 By way of the present application filed under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the respondents seek extension of 03 months to comply with the directions contained in judgement dated 11.12.2024 passed in the present case.

Mr. Mukul Singh, learned CGSC appearing on behalf of the applicant submits, that the implementation of judgement dated 11.12.2024 involves certain complexities concerning the proceedings of the departmental promotion committee and consideration of the petitioner for promotion and his subsequent pay fixation/pension revision, which is taking some more time.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Shrimali, the petitioner is present in-person on advance copy; and accepts notice; and leaves it to the court to pass appropriate orders, submitting that he is aged and requires his affairs to be settled at the earliest.

In view of the contents of the application, the applicant is granted additional time of 03 months to comply with the directions contained in judgement dated 11.12.2024.
