During the course of hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has filed an application seeking review of the order dated 01.08.2025, whereby the learned District Judge has, by referring to the provisions of Section 19 of the MSMED Act directed the respondent number one to deposit the 75 percent of the awarded amount. 2.

According to the learned counsel, the MSMED Act is not applicable and hence, no directions could be given. We say nothing on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as according to him a review petition has been filed.

He states that he shall withdraw the appeal to pursue the review petition which is coming for hearing on 12.09.2025. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
