% 16.12.2024 Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permissions to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned Trial Court and direction may be issued to the learned Trial Court to expedite the Trial.

Learned APP for the State submitted that out of 19 witnesses, 8 witnesses have already been examined.

Learned Trial Court is directed to conduct the trial expeditiously. All the contentions are left open.

It is made clear that no expression made herein shall tantamount to be an expression on the merits of the case.

Accordingly, the instant bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
