% 24.02.2016 1.
The present case has been reflected in the regular cause list since 03.02.2016. However, none has appeared for the petitioner. 2.
On 12.2.2016, learned counsel for the respondents was requested to give a written intimation of the pendency of the present case to the counsel for the petitioner. When the matter was taken up on 19.2.2016, the Court was informed that counsel for the petitioner had been duly intimated about the pendency of the present case. Despite the same, none was present for the petitioner on 23.2.2016. Same is the position even today. 3.
It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. HIMA KOHLI, J SUNIL GAUR, J FEBRUARY 24, 2016/sk
