The parties have arrived at a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The Settlement Agreement dated 18th November, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement') has been placed on record and the same bears the signatures of the parties.

Counsel for the parties point out that in paragraph (c) relating to property no.3 inadvertently, the name of Mr. Praveen Kumar Jain has been put in place of Mr. Sunil Kumar Jain. Accordingly, clause (c) in relation to property no.3 is corrected and shall read as under:- "c. Sh. Sunil Kumar Jain (first constituent of the First Party) shall relinquish his share held in the Ground Floor and Second Floor of the property in favour of Sh. Sunil Kumar Jain (first constituent of the First Party) and Sh. Mukesh Jain (third constituent of the First Party) in a manner so that Sh. Sunil Kumar Jain becomes the owner of the Ground Floor (except the said shop no.4 at ground CS(OS) 630/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. 7.
Let the decree sheet be drawn up.
8.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
