The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

By order dated 23.04.2012, the insurance company had been directed to deposit the awarded amount. By subsequent order dated 31.10.2012, 50% of the awarded amount was allowed to be released. The balance lying with the registry shall also be released to the claimants in terms of the judgment of the tribunal. The statutory amount shall be refunded to the insurance company.
