The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application seeking liberty to move a fresh bail application before the Trial Court, as he submits that in paragraph 13 of the Order dated 19.09.2024, it has been incorrectly mentioned that the petitioner herein had caught hold of the deceased whereas the correct fact is that allegedly the petitioner caught hold of the injured Nadeem Ali.
