The present application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 13.11.2025.

Ms. Gayatri Nandwani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 13.11.2025 had granted furlough to the petitioner for a period of three weeks subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

She submits that the petitioner has not been able to arrange for the surety, and for the said reason he has not been able to avail the benefit of the aforesaid order of this Court.

She, therefore, urges the Court that the condition of furnishing one surety in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- be waived and the petitioner be released on furnishing a personal bond with cash surety of Rs.10,000/-. 7.

Mr. Sangeet Sibou, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Rahul Tyagi, ASC (Crl.), on instructions, submits that he has no objection in case the condition is modified subject to verification of address of the petitioner, who is permanent resident of Bihar.

Another prayer has been made in the present application to modify the condition that the petitioner shall not leave city/NCR region without informing the local SHO.

Ms. Nandwani submits that since the petitioner is resident of Bihar, he can mark his presence before the local police station of his native place in Bihar, once a week.

In view of the above, the order dated 13.11.2025 is modified and it is directed that the petitioner/applicant be released on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with cash surety of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, subject to the verification of petitioner's permanent address in Bihar, if already not verified. 11.

Further, the condition at para 5(a) is modified to the extent that petitioner shall mark his presence once in a week before the local police station of his native place in Bihar.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands disposed of. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The Registry shall communicate this order to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance.
