This is a joint application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for recording of compromise between the parties. 2.

The application is duly supported by the affidavits of the plaintiff and the defendant.

It is stated that the parties have settled their disputes in the mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 4.

The Settlement Agreement dated 18th September, 2025 has been placed on record, which bears the signatures of the plaintiff and the authorized representative of the defendant.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 7.

In view of the order passed above, the present suit is decreed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 9.

The application as well as the Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree.

Decree sheet be drawn up.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at the Mediation Centre, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the Plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
