Petitioner seeks a direction to learned Debt Recovery Tribunal - II, Delhi for expeditious disposal of its application. 2.

It has been contended that since the demand notice in question has already been withdrawn, the application pending consideration before said Tribunal has rather become infructuous. 3.

This Court does not see any reason to pass any order under Article 227 of the Constitution of India in the present matter. 4.

Needless to say, the petitioner would be at liberty to bring any such subsequent development before the learned Tribunal by moving appropriate application. It is expected that the learned Tribunal would consider the same and dispose of such application in accordance with law.

The petition stands disposed of.
