By way of this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with e-FIR No. 80042316/2024, dated 24.04.2024, was registered at Police Station Mangolpuri, for the offences punishable under Section 380/454 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

After some arguments, Ms. Anita Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this application. 3.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
