After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the respondent who appears on advance notice submits that he would have no objection if the replication is directed to be taken on record, albeit, subject to imposition of cost.

In view of the above, the replication, which is stated to be on record, shall be deemed to be on record but for filing the replication, belatedly, the petitioner/plaintiff is burdened with a cost of Rs. 3,000/- which shall be paid to the opposite party on the next date of hearing, which is stated to be 22.04.2025.

The petition, along with all the pending applications, stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
