This application is filed on behalf of the Appellants seeking condonation of delay of 12 days in refiling the appeal. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed condoning the delay of 12 days in refiling the appeal. 3.

ARB. A. (COMM.) 48/2025 is filed on behalf of the Appellants under Section 37(2)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against the impugned order dated 07.07.2025 passed by the learned Arbitrator. ARB. A. (COMM.) 49/2025 is filed challenging order dated 03.09.2025. 5.

Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties before the learned Arbitrator and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, these appeals are disposed of taking on record the undertaking given on behalf of the Appellants that for a period of two months from today, shareholding percentage of the Respondent in the overall shareholding of the company will not be altered. 6.

Needless to state the Appellants shall remain bound by the undertaking given and the impugned orders are modified to this extent. 7.

Appeals stand disposed of.
