% 28.01.2025 CRL.M.A. 2617/2025 (filed by petitioners for withdrawal of petition) 1.

The present application has been filed by the petitioners seeking to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition for quashing of FIR No. 487/2024 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Adarsh Nagar.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition the parties have arrived at a settlement, therefore, the present application has been filed. 3.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and disposed of. CRL.M.C. 7748/2024 4.

The petition alongwith pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition seeking quashing of FIR No. 487/2024 under The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
