This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 29A(4) and (5) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator by 6 months. It is stated in the petition that arbitral proceedings are at the stage of recording of Claimants' evidence and mandate of the Sole Arbitrator has expired on 22.07.2025.

Mr. Akshay Kumar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitrator.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by 09 months from 11.09.2025 and period between 23.07.2025 to 10.09.2025 is regularized.
