The parties, during the course of hearing, have agreed as under; i. The possession of the premises has already been handed over to the plaintiff, and defendant will not claim any right whatsoever on the basis of lease deed dated 28.11.2022. The lease deed dated 28.11.2022 stands terminated for all the purposes whatsoever. ii. Out of the entire deposited amounts before the Registrar General of this Court, let the Registrar General to release a sum of Rs.95,00,000/- (Rupees Ninety-Five Lakh only) in favour of the defendant on due verification within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of order passed today. iii. Remaining amount along with accrued interest be released in favour of the plaintiff within the same period. iv. The amount which has already been paid to the plaintiff shall be retained by the plaintiff in lieu of the claims. 2.

The parties agree that the entire dispute shall be fully and finally settled in terms hereof.

Let the Court fees paid by the plaintiff also be refunded to the plaintiff.

In view of the above, the instant suit along with pending applications stands disposed of.
