The present application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks extension of interim bail granted to the Applicant on 20th August, 2025 in BAIL APPLN. 2960/2025. The proceedings arise from FIR No. 78/2023, registered at P.S. Wazirabad for the offences under Sections 307/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.1 The chargesheet has been filed under Sections 302/325/147/149/201/34 of the IPC.

The interim bail was granted purely on humanitarian grounds, as the Applicant needed to care for her mother, who was scheduled to undergo gallbladder removal surgery. Subsequently, the bail was extended for an 1 "IPC"

Counsel for the Applicant confirms that the surgery has been performed and that the Applicant's mother has since been discharged from the hospital. However, he submits that the Applicant needs to continue to attend to her post-operative care and, accordingly, requests an extension of the interim protection until 20th September, 2025. 4.
Counsel for the Applicant undertakes that the Applicant shall not apply for any further extension on this ground. Taking the undertaking on record, the interim bail granted on 20th August, 2025 as extended on 1st September, 2025 is further extended till 20th September, 2025, subject to the same terms and conditions contained in order dated 20th August, 2025 in BAIL APPLN. 2960/2025.

The Applicant shall positively surrender before the Jail Superintendent/Trial Court/ Duty MM, on or before on 21st September, 2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent, for necessary information and compliance.

Disposed of along with pending application.
