CM APPL. NO. 11096/2026 has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking condonation of a delay of 656 days in filing CM APPL. NO. 11095/2026, whereby the Petitioner seeks restoration of the Petition dismissed in default on 29th February, 2024, under Order IX Rule 9 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondent. Ms Madhumita Bhattacharjee, learned Counsel for the Respondent, herein, accepts the notice. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that copies of the Applications have not yet been received by her. 4.

Applications have been sent to the earlier Counsel, Mr Gupta. Nevertheless, learned Counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to supply the copies to the learned Counsel for the Respondent.

In view of the aforesaid, the same is directed to be supplied to the learned Counsel for the Respondent within a period of one week. Replies, thereafter, shall be filed within a period of two weeks to the present Applications. Further, Rejoinders, if any, shall be filed within a subsequent period of two weeks.
