The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent no. 1 to grant permission to the Petitioner Society to hold Ramleela & Dussehra celebration w.e.f.
15.09.2025 till 10.10.2025 at DOA Plot No. 33 C & D Block main Road Haiderpur, Delhi-110088 (measuring 5000 sq meters).
ii. Allow the petitioner Society to hold Ramleela & Dussehra celebrations 2025 at DOA Plot No. 33 C & D Block main Road Haiderpur, Delhi-1 l 0088 (measuring 5000 sq meters) from 15.09.2025 till 10.10.2025." 2.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner had organized the Ram Leela in the year 2024, therefore, the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. entitlement of the petitioner is better than the respondent no. 4 who organized Ram Leela during the previous year, i.e., 2023. 3.
The learned counsel submits that he will not press the present petition any further, in case, the respondent DDA treat the present writ petition as representation and dispose of the same in a time bound manner. 4.
Ms. Manika Tripathy, learned Standing Counsel for the DDA submits that she has no objection, in case, appropriate directions are issued in that behalf.

In view of the above, the DDA is directed to treat the present petition as representation and dispose of the same within a period of four days, and the order may be communicated to the petitioner as well as to its counsel within two days thereafter.
