The present application is filed seeking pre-arrest bail in FIR No.650/2025 dated 08.08.2025, registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar, for offences under Sections 64(2)/89/351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

At the outset, it is pointed out that the bail application filed by the applicant before the Court of Sessions was withdrawn due to technical grounds with liberty to file it afresh. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present application and approach the Court of Sessions.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
