% 14.02.2020 The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 has placed on record a communication dated 16.12.2019 informing the Bar Council of Gujarat of its decision taken in the meeting held on 19th-20th October, 2019, dropping the proceedings against the petitioner and recalling the part of the Resolution dated 21.01.2018 relating to the petitioner.
